Rotating exits from a fresh IP on every request — breadth for monitors and scraping. Sticky pins one IP for queues, carts, logins, anything with an identity. Both are included; the port picks it, per connection.
Port 4242 rotates. Port 4243 is sticky — add a session token and a lifetime in minutes, anything from 1 to 1,440. Both speak HTTP, and https:// targets tunnel straight through; there is no SOCKS5 on this pool.
